What we collect
- Details you give us at checkout: name, email address, phone number.
- Payment information: processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We receive a payment ID and status from Razorpay to confirm your order.
- Course access data: once you buy, your name and email are passed to our course portal (GHL / GoHighLevel) so we can create your login and give you access to the courses and AI Suite.
- Marketing signals: if you arrived through an ad or campaign link, we may store the referring source, medium, campaign name, and click ID so we can attribute the purchase.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP. We use this to understand how the page performs.
Why we collect it
- To take your payment and give you access to what you bought.
- To send you the onboarding emails and 30 days of email hand-holding described on the landing page.
- To reply to your support requests.
- To measure which ads and campaigns actually work.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements in India.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with these service providers, and only for the purposes above:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- GHL (GoHighLevel) — course portal, login, and email delivery.
- Zapier — moving order data between the above.
- Email and analytics providers — sending mail and measuring the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share your email with other course sellers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records as long as your access to the bundle is active, and after that for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (typically eight years for financial records). Marketing emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- You can ask us what data we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
