Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Career Dwar . Five Years bundle is a set of digital courses plus an AI Suite. Access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed. Because of that, this is a strict no-refund product.

No refunds

• Once payment is captured by Razorpay, the order is final.
• We do not issue refunds for change of mind, lack of time to consume the material, technical issues on your side, or any partial use of the courses.
• We do not issue refunds after login credentials have been shared with you.

No cancellations

This is a one-time payment for lifetime-of-cohort access as described on the sales page. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

If something is genuinely wrong

If you paid but did not receive your login within 24 hours, or you were charged twice for the same order, write to support@vishalmanocha.com from the same email you used at checkout, with your Razorpay payment ID. We will fix access issues and reverse duplicate charges. This is the only situation in which money moves back to you.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Raising a chargeback on a delivered digital product may result in permanent removal from the course portal and being blocked from future purchases.
