These are the terms on which Vishal Manocha Enterprise ("we", "us") sells and gives you access to the Career Dwar . Five Years bundle ("the bundle"). By buying the bundle or using this site, you agree to them.

The bundle is four handpicked digital courses plus an AI Suite, described on the landing page. Six months of full access to the courses and thirty days of email hand-holding from Vishal, for a one-time payment of ₹3,999. Access is delivered through our course portal (GHL). We may add, update, or replace lessons and AI tools during your access period.
After your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, we create your account on the GHL portal and email you the login link, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If you have not received it after 24 hours, email support@vishalmanocha.com.
All payments are collected in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay. Once the payment is captured, the order is final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.
The courses, AI tools, templates, and materials in the bundle are owned by Vishal Manocha Enterprise (or licensed to us). You may:

The landing page describes a promise: do the 30 days honestly, and if nothing moves for you, you get a call with Vishal. That call is real and is offered in good faith. It is not a refund and does not create a right to a refund. See the Refund Policy.
The AI Suite generates suggestions, drafts, and outputs based on what you put in. Treat everything it produces as a starting point, not professional advice. Do not paste in confidential company information you are not allowed to share. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
We share what has worked for the people who have been through this material. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific career outcome, interview, offer, or salary for you. What you get out of the bundle depends heavily on what you put in.
We try to keep the site and the course portal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime for maintenance or because of a third-party provider is normal and is not a ground for a refund.
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability to you for anything connected with the bundle or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the bundle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income, or lost opportunities.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the portal after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
